xtrememed xPlusz 2.5.2 but no tytools

Did a clean image xtreme then upgraded to 2.5.2 w superzaps xplusz 2.5.2 anyway, I can't seem to get tytools off the ground. When I send the files to the /var/hack dir the tserver_mfs5 file gets removed immediately and I get a whole lot of garbage, type "ls" and NowShowing.tcl's there but no tserver, why?
I got ftp but can't get it recognized in tytools. help!!!

How do I install tytools with my current setup

1.3 Ghz AMD Athlon
xtremed + superzap's upgrade w/xPlusz (no kraven)
modified rc.net & rc.remote-login for a static ip address w/linksys router.

after agonizing over what not to do I finally said what the hell...

FTP'd my Tivo sent the files over that way instead of zmodeming it over TELNET 777'd files and now I'm extracting South Park (Towelie) with tytools5. Thanks for letting me just figure this one out for myself, I save the desperate cries for help for a real emergency.

Let me know if I'm doing it the hard way, maybe with xPlusz I could be doing this an alternative way. Thanks.
