Will TyTool work on SA S2

I have a SA S2 60 hour unit recently purchased running 3.2. I would like to pull off some of the saved shows without having to capture to my PC in realtime. I understand that TyTool may let me pull the files from the Tivo direclty, but I can't seem to find if this will work on my unit in it's current configuration or if loading and older version of Tivo will allow me to transfer the files to my Windows PC.
Any help?
