30 secjump

I have seen references to a 30 second jump for dtivo.

1. is this a standard feature or part of a hack feature?
2. Where can I get more info.?

Select-Play-Select-3-0-Select (standard 1.3, also 2.5,2.5.2,3.0,3.1, not 2.0 or 2.01) - Toggles 30 second skip mode. This turns the Skip to End button into a 30 second skip button. This was removed in 2.0x, but added back in 2.5.

When tivo reboots t30ss is off. Install xPlusz and use the T30SS feature to change the default to on.
