Labeling

I remember some time back looking for music data and had some great websites saved that I don't seem to be able to locate. One I think, had a way to locate "pre-designed" templates for CD Labels complete with songs and pictures. I feel something probably exists for DVD Movies but am not sure. Any advice would be appreciated.
