Series 2 - What now?

I just got my Series 2 from TIVO (40-hour, not a DTIVO)... before I even 'activate' it, what should I do?

Since I haven't seen any images around (the sites I've visited only have Series 1 or DTIVO images), should I back it up? Will the regular S1 back-up method work?

If somebody has already made a image of their S2 TIVO, please PM me, so I can avoid this cumbersome and boring step.

Well, I managed to make a backup of my virgin TDC24040 before I even set-up the machine... I ended up wit a 500MB file (not as bad as I tought), I asumme, that after I finish guided setup I will find several 'sample/demo' streams on the Now Playing section...
