Fight PPV trouble to record

i was not going to be there for the fight tonight so i wanted to record it. When i go over it in the guide and record it tells me it has trouble retreiving payment information. How can i get it to record??

I have the same problem with any PPV I try to record by scheduling it. I can turn to it at start time and then record Just cant schedule
