Now I cant connect to tivoweb. It starts up but when I go to it in my browser, it says page not found. I have removed tivoweb and reinstalled it. Still no go. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I have searched but couldn't find my answer.
Thanks

You could at one point? What did you change. i.e. I just installed the 3.1 upgrade and my tivoweb addy changed from .200 to .101. Don't know why. I ran an ip scanner to find valid ips on my network and .101 was one I did not recoginze. I tried it. It works.

Yes, I could at one point. I reinstalled xPlusz. That's when it stopped working.
Thanks

My address didnt change. I did an ifconfig and it is still my same ip address. I can ftp and telnet. Just not tivoweb.
I did enable all of those apps you listed.
I have no idea what is wrong.

Maybe you're running one of the versions of Tivoweb that refuses to run on an Xtreme'd box. If you run ps aux, do you see the httpd service listed?

Thanks

Like I said, the developers of Tivoweb saw fit to put a number of checks in it that make it refuse to run on an Xtreme'd system. Not sure where the latest cleaned up one is here, probably have to do a search. If I come across it I'll let you know.

Nope. Never got it to work. I need to find the "clean version" as I downloaded the 1.94 original which won't work. If anyone knows where I can get it, please let me know.
Thanks

I got it from tivostuff.com, it's the "deloused" version. Works great on my recently hacked 3.1 box. I'm not running Xtreme, but I do have all the stuff installed in /var/hack.

JJBliss' cleaned up version is here: Tivoweb Thread (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20986&perpage=15&highlight=tivoweb&pagenumber=6)
This works fine for me, however xPlusz will not start it after I did the 2.5.2 upgrade via Xupgrade. I added a line to my rc.remote-login to start Tivoweb.
