Hi everyone:

I want to put a couple of 120 gig hard drives in my T60. I have read that the Barracuda's are quiet and dependable. Which 120's do I need? There is the IV'th generation and now they have the V'th generation. I guess what I'm looking for is a model # because when you go to the Seagate website, there too many drives to read about. Thanks for helping me out!!!

I just did a DSR6000 with Samsung drives (cheapest I could find) and I must say they are quieter than maxtor's and WD's. They are the best drives I have bought so far!!!

I am ready to pull the trigger on a hard drive. I really wanted the Barracuda, but I can't find anyone that has it.

What is the model number of the Samsung and do you know where I can buy one??

Thanks,
