Is there an easier way to get the binaries/scripts from the forum? It's really a pain to try and slog through dozens upon dozens of pages of posts to try and find the one that has an attachment (eg. tydemux).

Does anyone have a repository of the latest and greatest of the various binaries/scripts (eg. tydemux, vsplit, tytool, etc, etc)?

I'm trying to snag some of these tools so I can start burning dvd's, and it's a bit time consuming just to find them. :)

Thanks much!

The How To stickies in this forum are a good place to start.

Another good link with some of what you may need:

That's the crux of it all. Some of those stickies have over 40 pages of posts. And sometimes, the last update for a file is many, many pages back from the last post ... it's horribly inefficient and takes no small amount of time to scan tons and tons of messages looking for one that has the attachment your looking for.

A great and noble effort! :)

We need something that gets updated with new versions whenever they come out, however.

Time to dive back into the forum to look for the latest version of tyremux...

I think you'll find that olaf generally refreshes the link to the latest update of his programs in a post near the beginning of the thread. Like zabs indicated, there are links to just about everything in this forum in the stickys. Most of the legwork has already been done by those that have come before you. Be patient and take the time to look around.

Olaf is especially good about putting the latest version at the Beginning of his stick thread.
jdiner generally puts the latest version of his software near the end of the How To's sticky.

It can be alot to take in when you just jump into extraction, but take some time, read, and keeping up with, and using the latest software will get easier.

That's when you know you're on to something really good!!!

Found this link: http://shelob.mordor.net/dgraft/directivo.html
It's directed toward DTivo's but most of the tools work with SA Tivo's as well.

Nice find. I'll post the link in the Related Links post of the How Tos Only sticky.
