Can't fix DSR6000 PS

I have a bad PS I am trying to fix, originally fuse was blown changed fuse and it blows as soon as I plug it in. After reading post below about PS project I ordered a SA ps-70 PS and replaced the 220uf (biggest cap on PS) because it was leaking also replaced switching board because everyone seems to have problems with it. Anyway after replacing parts plugged in and fuse still blows as soon as I plug in. Not sure what else to replace. Looking at the schematic in the dsr6000 project below what else should I replace? Any suggestions welcome.

You most likely have a short on the primary side of the power supply. This includes the transformer, switching FET and the control board. Do you have any experience in electronics? Working on the primary side of a switching power supply is dangerous and could result in serious injury. You are better off replacing the whole power supply if don't know much about electronics.
