WaitUntilOkToStartLoading[318] during xupgrade

I am trying to use method C of the 2.5 to 2.5.2 xupgrade install. I ftp'd the two files to /var/hack and chmod +x'd them. Ran xupgrd252.tcl from a telnet session and it has been waiting until ok to start loading for about 20 minutes. I set the tuners to MC channels to see if that would help but it didn't make a difference. I had played with mvchannels on 2.5 to try to get locals working but I disabled it and ran a mvchannels reset before trying to install xupgrade. Any ideas? Superzap? Thanks in advance....

UPDATE: I tried to delete the post but couldnt...it took about 30-40 minutes but it evetually started zooming right along. So nevermind....thanks anyway.
