2.5.2 help please

My buddy bought a tivo now, and sinse i upgrade mine he wants me to do his also. I am no pro and it took me several tries to get mine right and thanks to all the great help I get here, I succeeded. Now my question is this, is there a fway to put 2.5.2 on all at once or do I need to install extreme 2.5 first, like i did with mine, and then add the upgrade. I have looked on the forums here, for awhile, I found alot about the upgrade, and installing it as an upgrade to 2.5. Any help would be greatly aprreciated!!!!!

There is a v252xtreme image at tivostuff.com and pitoudistro.com
These images include only basic hacks and will not flash the prom and therefore do not do a complete job on a dtivo that has never been xtremed.

It is best to install x25xtreme and do the v252 xupgrade.
