can I just use bless tivo to add another drive to my hdvr2? if not what should I do?

if you are just adding a B drive, then yes, using blesstivo should do the job AFAIK

Please let us know if/when you successfully add it. I've been wondering about this as well.

Just tried it. It didn't work for me. I went from 1 to two 120gb drives and it still reads 105 hrs. I guess I will see if it did anything at all. I am going to remove the drive I just added and see if the Tivo still boots up.

OK, had to restore from backup. but.... Eureka!!! I used mfsadd from the Hinsdale How-to instead of BlessTivo. Worked like a charm...
