Just a quick heads-up :

Do not use the MPEG GOP Fixer on TyTool/Vsplit muxed
MPEGs. It seems fine and all but sync is lost ever so
slowly. So after 10 minutes it is noticeable and after
half an hour it's really bad.

I had noticed it made the files load faster in DVD Workshop
but never actually burnt a DVD after using the GOP Fixer on
the source MPEGs. So i loaded the MPEGs in PowerDVD even
before importing into DVD Workshop cause i wanted to see
a funny clip from Jamie Kennedy and i started noticing the
drift in sync. So i went back to the original and the original
is perfect.

I haven't tried it with any TyStudio MPEGs as i don't use this
software package.

hummm...

strange, I used it all the time on creating SVCDs on 1/2 hour shows and it NEVER lost sync, as a matter of fact if I did NOT use it ; it would lose sync.

There were two streams that I tried with this that lost sync. I had to cheat to fix em, what I did was split the stream into three segments, divided at each commercial, then I would offset the audio when remuxing em, then I would remerge em. Of course, there would otherwise be gaps in the audio, but I axed em off along with the commercials. Little messy, but it works.

Maybe is the same problem we have if we don't do the TMPGEnc simple mux?

I hope jdiner release the new tools and maybe one of the ton fixes will make things work with this GOP fixer and other tools. Maybe today is tomorrow :D

Did you fix type 1 and 2 or all 3 in GOP Fixer?
