Where the tuner 1 gets power, because I measured the voltage on the tuner and get non. I even went to the trouble to swap the tuners(literally) and no power.
Please need help.
Fixed.
The problem was voltage regulator, had 1 handy and replaced, working good now.
Mods u can close this tread.
