errdbduplicateindex

Hi all,

i have a pal hacked tivo,
i was reinstalling it following the instructions
on http://www.trufit.com.au/TiVo/
but now when i do add-whole-channel.tcl
i always get the following error
errdbduplicateindex
i performed a clear and reset but it doesnt help
anyone care to help?
