utv trys to download MSN

Every time I turn on my utv it trys to download updates from
MSN. The download never works, it seems to download all the way, it reboots then starts over?
I cant get to any other screen it just wants to download???
Anyone know anything about this problem I have herd its common. thanks del:confused:

There is another card slot beside the one you see (it's behind a the door, just push the door and it will open). You need to put the card in that slot. The slot you see is the WEB TV one, the hidden one is the Direct TV one.
