My friend just got a SVR-2000, but the modem wont hang up the line, when u plug the phone cord it it just Keeps the phone off the hook. I had to unplug the Phoneline and plug it in right when its getting ready to dial and then it seems to operate fine until it disconnects just leaves the phone off the hook and one have any ideas?
