Secure Tivo?

Is their anyway I could secure my tivo box if I wanted to access tivoweb outside of my lan? I have Dtivo v3.1. Only mods installed currently are TurboNet.

The best way is to set up an encrypted authenticated proxy to connect with. That way your passwords and such can't be snooped while being transmitted. Apache has everything you need. There are a number of sites that detail the setup and a few Tivo specific ones.
