I have bash, but, can't get file to move over

I just upgraded to 3.1 using Tivolator. Every thing went fine. I then wanted to move my old boot299 over to the tivo.

I have bash via ethernet connection. When I tried using teraterm pro it stuck at 4% and that was it.

I can no longer connect via FTP, not sure if 3.1 changed something or not.
I can't get bash via serial, but, I'm guessing that ethernet should be fine.

Any ideas on what to try?

I also tried hyperterminal and it failed.

Don't use bash over ethernet, it doesn't work for transferring files. Use tivoftpd and a ftp client.

Do I have tivoftp now? Is it included in Tivolator? If I don't have it..then there is no way to move it over.
