Please....midupdate.tcl

I have been reading about midupdate.tcl controlling locals.
I sort of understand it. Can someone attach midupdate.tcl
for NY locals.

I want to upload it to my t60 and see if my locals come back.

Where is midupdate.tcl located.

I know how hard it was for me to find it. Took about an hour going through 100's of posts.
So here you go

That show i did find it, yah maybe I am a bit off but it did take quite a long time to read and go through every post until i found it. So it fealt like an hour and there are 65 posts when you do a search for midupdate.

when I try to run it I get an error.
