Video connectors on front of RCA unit?

Can anyone tell me what the video connectors do on the front of the RCA UTV do?

I don't seem to find any use for them in the user manual, and I don't see the option for alternate input, and it doesn't seem to output anything.

I found another use for them. When I download movies in mpeg or avi format, I connect my computer to these jacks and play the movie on the tv screen.
