This is a new in the box Phillips TIVO model HDR312 that can have the hard drive replaced with a larger one very easily. I am including the software cd that is necessary to program a new hard drive to work with the TIVO . TIVO's are new in the box and have never been opened, with a full warranty from Phillips. I am also including a Wireless Phone Jack system that will turn any electrical outlet into a phone jack, so no matter where the TIVO is at you will have a phone jack in the same place. The TIVO comes with all of the cords necessary to integrate it into any existing system.

To sweeten the deal, I will also include all of the extra sets of RCA (yellow, white, red) cords you want up to 10, extra coaxial jumpers up to 10, extra 20 or 25 phone cords, I will also include a complete satellite installation kitincluding: a 100' roll of rg-6 coaxial cable with factory ends (if you need and extra 50' roll I will include that too), lag screws, tye wraps, roll of co-ax seal (tar tape), couplers, connectors, ground block, weather boots, feed through bushings, 2 (two, three, or 4 way) splitters (more if you need), 2 diplexers, a phone line 'y', a phone line coupler, and 25 coax nails/clips(more if you need). I do not want you to have to buy anything extra to get the complete system up and running and if there is anything else you tink you may need, let me know. If you need a chimney mount I can include that also.

I will also throw in a working used DirecTV system, including a new 18" dish, and an HU card.

All this for $225 plus shipping . Let me know what you think, I am paypal verified. I can also take items away and change price, and also add other items that may be of more interest.

Echo, I have several ird's you could choose from, most are RCA. I have a couple of newer receivers, and as you are getting at, several older ones. First come, first served. PM me and let me know if you are interested further.
