NOPPV not working -help

I loaded 2.5.2 fixed my locals then started to lose my 100's with "Channel Not Available". I then Reset System->ClearData & Todos. Got all my channels back, but now the NOPPV doesnt work.
I ran xp "#23,1" followed by xp "#3*" both rc=0 and it stated "0 channels fixed". But yet when I choose to record a PPV it brings me to the Purchase screen.

What do I need to do here ?

Well, dont I feel like an ***** :rolleyes:
All I had to do is search the forums.
The answer is in threadid=20944, all I had to do is delete st.dat file.
