New HD & Extreme 2.5x

I Have a Hughes Series1, with Turbonet. A new WD 120 Special Edition and I want to use it as my Tivo A and load Extreme 2.5 on it then up it to 2.5.2. I burned the 2.5image to ISO cd and put the HD into my PC everything starts and runs fine gets about 93% done and fails.
Any thoughts?

maybe a bad image file. I would use Tiger's 2.0 mfs tools to make a backup of your current setup and restore it to your new 120 gig WD special edition drive.

Downloaded it again and worked fine..
