mfsstream question and tivoweb

First I want to say HATS OFF to superzap. I just got done reading 25 pages of that help and he went and answered everyones question sometimes even 2 and 3 times. You rule dude!!!

Ok so heres my question, I got 25 pages into the questions and just couldnt go any further it was too much...

When I bring up the tivoweb and goto mfsstream then click on the title should it start downloading the ty stream?

I have enabled xp "#42,1"
- with #12 I get the following:
MFSSTREAM ACTIVE no process active

I have made the mfsstream fix to the /tivoweb-tcl/modules/mfsstream.cfg file to point to the correct directory:
path::/tivo-bin
(new install and file is there)

I have rebooted

Forgot to add version 2.5.2 of superzaps xupgrade. Clean install.

Should it all work now or do I still have to run that silly command on the tivo and on the cmd window and hit enter at the same time and do all that madness?
