HDVR2 Question

I have read and searched and searched and searched.

I know this can be done, but I need specifics.

How can you get a HU card to work in the HDVR2 receiver?

This is what I gathered so far:
It may depend on the version, you may
need to do a software mod, or even a
hardware mod (Although I never heard
os someone doing a hardwaremod).

My hacked unit would run much more effeciently with a HU card:D

Actually, my apologies. As it seems that there is a cuurent thread regarding this issue.

Although it is still my belief that this hack should be much more open (possibly a faq) as Mr Black seems to have written a little one regarding it.

Nice to know. Post it on your own server and see how long it takes before you get a letter.

I don't know why people are so slow on the uptake lately, but satellite providers are not playing games anymore. If you are in the U.S. and you choose to publically distribute DSS hacking files (a.k.a. "circumvention devices"), you will get sued or worse. It's more of a question of "when" than "if."
