View Full Version : fixsub for 3.1 problems

I have a couple units successfully upgraded to 3.1 via the Xtreme 3.1 w/ xPlusz. I have also done the boot299 hack and the fixsub for 3.1. My DVR service was active for a few days and now says the account is closed. I've tried reseting the unit and reapplying the fixsub w/ no success. Do anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

1) run fixsub again and make sure it runs without error
2) call DTV and make sure you are still subscribed to the DVR service

When I run fixsub again, it says the exact same thing as the first time; "5 blocks" and nothing else. Is that what I should expect?

Check your system info page and make sure the "last successful call" is set to something reasonable (like today). If so then fixsub is most likely working.
