It's because the ratio of thieves to experimenters is low here. Go somewhere else.

There's lots of information here, that's the gig. And some of that information can be used to do what you want. But not many here are going to spoon feed you so you can do something we mostly don't believe in.

Putting all that aside, one of the best ways to get your free TV is to knock over convenience stores and use that money to pay for a subscription. The technology is very accessible.
