Need Help W/Hughes DTivo W/xtreme 2.5

I have 2 DTivo's by Hughes, updated both of them to 2.5xtreme. I have 1 that works fine, no problems at all, but the other one for some reason or other is only getting signal strength on the EVEN # transponders, thus not getting all the channels. Bugging the crap out of me, and I hate posting for the simple fact that I can normally find out what I need by searching, but I can't find anything through search on this topic. Any help would be appreciated. Everything on both Tivo's are identical. Original configuration, except 2.5xtreme, and both worked fine before the update.
