HDVR2 error.

When I send the resart command through telnet I get the following error:
WARNING: couldn't scan startup script /tvlib/tcl/tv/tv.ini
WARNING: eval result : can't read "env<TIVO_ROOT>": no such element in array

It seemed not to affect anything until i tried running tivoweb and got the same error

did you set up the TIVO_ROOT environment variable in your hackinit?
