Upgrade HD. Now Same show records multiple times

After upgrading HUGHES DIRECTVO series 1 box 2 120Gbyte drives, All works fine except season pass (set for first runs only) keeps recording the first run shows over and over again depending on how many times that new show is run over the week. For example, Season pass for the daily show (set to record first runs only) records the first run, but then keeps recording the show everytime it is offered during the week.

Any ideas?

This has nothing to do with the upgrade. Comedy Central doesn't provide accurate guide data for the Daily Show, so your TiVO has no way of knowing whether it's a first-run or a repeat. When it can't tell, TiVo errs on the side of caution and records them all.

That was my best guess as well, but it just happend that I setup a season pass for that and one other show right after my upgrade and both shows are doing the same thing so I thought it might be something I did.
