YES, I know ive read all the posts, so dont go "just hit enter, or press 0" Ive been usin a dtv receiver for a long time , a 3 digit one and wanna make my HDVR2 do the same way

First , is it possible?

And if so, how?

Pretty much, but a lot of "just hit enter"

Oh well, maybe someone will figure it out sometime!

All 5th generation receivers do this. Whats so bad about hitting enter anyways? If you ever change to a local channel, you are going to have to do the same thing even with 3 digits, thats just the way its always been.

Via the Node Navigator. Or directly via MFS if you prefer.

Edit: Well, i do know about the node navigator, but cant seem to get it goin on my series 2!
