I finally have a parttion on my c drive that is fat 32. which should be /dev/hda5 i stored my backup image in the root of that drive. when i boot to the cd i type # mkdir /mnt/dos
# mount /dev/hda5 /mnt/dos
then my next step is to do the restore. i type in mfsrestore -i /mnt/dos/u5-151-hacked.mfs /dev/hda

I get a error saying that back up target not large enoug for entire backup by itsself


Is there something i am doing wrong?
I hope someone can point me in the right direction

your drive for the restore must be as big or larger than the original drive. for example, all 40gb drives are not equal...some are larger or smaller by a meg or two. this can cause problems
