Question about "two kernel monte"

If I'm only working from backup images in order to get this to work, do I need to do that thing where I "clear and delete" everything?

To elaborate, if I install a fresh 4.0 image, do I need to "clear and delete" before I continue with installing the monte?

well, if your unit gives you an error #51, then yes. i am assuming that you do anyway, since all the other units which have scrambling by default require a clear and delete. of course, you could just use the error 51 script that was just released by alphawolf to accomplish the same thing.
