HELP white screen on my tivo

anyone have any idea what is wrong with my tivo ?
it was working good for awhile no problem then i went to turn it on and all i get is a white screen let it go for a while after rebooting it

i can move thru the menus but just white screen
i can hear the noise as im moving thru the menus

i tryed rebooting
reinstalling extreme 252
pulling the battery pulling the hard drive

but still just a white screen

Do you get audio when you select Live TV? If so and you're still getting the white screen then I'd say you have a mainboard problem hosing up the video. It could also be a tuner or something else going on. Whatever it is it sure isn't a typical problem we see here with DTivos. You might want to consult one of the service centers referenced in the How Tos Only sticky thread and see what they say.
