I need some help. I just backed up a hacked 40Gig DVR2 to a 120 Gig drive using

dd if=/dev/hdc of=/dev/hdb bs=1024k

it works great.. but now i need to expand the drive to it can use the full 120gig

I'm using

mfsadd -x /dev/hdc

it give me:

Current estimated standalone size: 39 hours
Nothing to Add!

Why is that?? Why can't I expand the drive?? What's my options?

TIA

I can't get it to boot after using

mfsbackup and mfsrestore. Even using mfsbackup -tao | mfsrestore won't work.

Only thing works is the dd if=/dev/hdc of=/dev/hdb bs=1024k

but the problem is that I can't expand the drive after that is done.

Please help somebody

Thanks
