EDIT: It is all working now. I have been trying to fix this all day, and right after I post it starts working. This forum must be magical.
I made an image of my original tivo drive, and then restored it onto a drive that I had already hacked, but my menu backgrounds were missing.
I had to take off the -s 127 command inorder for it to fit though. I was wondering if doing that could be the reason why my connection to my tivo seems so slow.
I thought at first, that it was just because the tivo needed to download the guide info, but now a day later its still slow.
