plse help with fixsub?

I already installed 2.52xtreme...
now how to i install the fixsub....onto the drive..
i should mention that the HD is still connected to the PC.
it has succesfully intalled 2.52xtreme..

Well, first, put it back in the tivo.

While it's booting up, read the thread with the instructions for xPlusZ
