Help with Tivoweb

I am folowing the HDVR2 How-To Guide (FROM BASH TO EXTRACTION) and I am stuck on the Tivoweb section. So far I have been able to get it connected to the network, start telnet and ftp. I folowed all the insructions on the Tivoweb, but it seems to fail when I run this command:

bash-2.02# ./tivoweb console
bash-2.02# application-specific initialization failed: Can't find a usable init.
tcl in the following directories:
//tvlib/tcl} //lib/tcl8.0 //tcl8.0/library //library



This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

Guides suck;

The environment variables aren't setup, in particular it looks like TIVO_ROOT isn't set (which probably also means MFS_DEVICE isn't set either)
