I've got a SLEW of season passes now (new DVD burner, dontcha know) and am wondering if there is an efficient way to edit the priorities. It sure behaves like a simple list which the TiVo parses to decide how to handle conflicts. Is this thing super tokenized or is it a file which can be sucked into a text editor or some sort and modified then written back to the TiVo?

As a related question, is there a way to dump the list for printing?

The best way to handle conflicts with season passes is not to schedule them at the same time. With dual tuners that shouldn't be all that difficult but I do understand that conflicts are unavoidable from time to time. Your best bet would be to do what I did - get more than one DTivo. I know this doesn't answer your question about editing your season passes mainly because I'm not sure how conflicts are handled. I would guess that maybe it records season passes in the order they were set up but who knows for sure?

You can print your season pass list by displaying it in Tivoweb on your PC. Just print it like any other web page.

yes, to tie a bunch of threads together, I'm thinking about doing the s2 additional receiver like you did, especially if I can't get the audio out working properly. Wish I'd done it when the T60s were still around...

Would be really cool if multiple DTiVos would talk across ethernet and run one master list from which programs are chosen to record. Think of it as 3 or more tuners, not just 2.

Guess you'd have to have a form of server/clients app set.
