Can the series 2 be hacked and where can i get software to download it thanks

I am assuming this is the DSR7000? Correct? If so, yes, it can be hacked. I have written a guide entirely devoted to hacking the DSR7000 and its twin, the HDVR2. The guide itself can be found here: Http://hostfreedom.com/tivo. but, I also suggest you read my post in the Series 2 hacking forum (it's a sticky) as there are some bug fixes that have been noted there which are not yet in the guide.
