People on other forums are complaining to Neutrogena that they got through to the main screen, like I did, but couldn't get to the next screen to fill in their info, or after they did fill in their info, it said "We're Sorry! Due to the overwhelming interest in Neutrogena® Body Oil, you are not one of the first 1,000 visitors", because of the busy server. They are being sent samples anyway. It may not hurt to email them and complain.

They seem to reply pretty quickly, from what I've read...
