Cant get 3.1 to take!

Okay, I have followed the instructions, installed 2.5 extreme to the drive, let it flash the prom and then reboot and install the software. Setup my two tuners and then disconnected the A: drive, stuck it back in the pc. Ran upgrd31.sh -p on the a drive. It installed without errors, put it back into the DSR6000 and let it boot, it told me it was installing new software, finished and then wala it was back at version 2.5... :( What am I missing, should I go to 2.52 and then to 3.1??

I want to run a legit box, and am trying to get the commands for 3.1, network support, extraction etc running.

Help me figure out what I am missing...

K, got 3.1 to take by waiting for the system to rebuild database in the background, it is updated to 3.1 now but the commands are not working.

I have tried #0 - #12 #43,1 I really dont remember it being this hard last time I did this??

Any ideas?
