Help with Richmond locals

Hey guys,
Welcome to my locals hell.

So, I am in Little Rock,
and little rock locals are not coming down yet...(soon, but not yet)
I used to be able to recieve Atlanta, and St Louis locals, all at the same time....until they moved to the other bird. Now, the only locals I have access to are Richmond.

Now, the strange thing is, that Richmond locals only come in on a 3rd gen rca reciever(or any non-plus reciever)...When you program the locals market as richmond on a plus reciever.....they don't show. This includes a 5th gen rca, and my satT-60 dtivo

How do I make Richmond show on my tivo? I did midupdate, and set to 158, which is the correct market id..and card is set up correctly(not discussed here)...let's just say it has the right teir.

Richmond is my last chance to get upn, and WB....
I bought a triple lnb dish for the 3 sats,
and can not get signla on any sat, but sat A...(too many trees)

Well, 24 hours later, on my rca 5th gen, and the richmond locals did pop in finally...
I'm sure all the messing with locals has messed up my reciever...I'm going to upgrade my drives, and start over from scratch, go to xtreme2.5, then use Kraven's 3.1 upgrade iso, and see where that gets me. sorry for the false alarm...
