disable "searching for sattelite"

I have a DSR6000 that I am using for a TY stream server. I have it connected to my LAN with a turbonet card. It is not connected to a dish as I don't have a clear view of the sattelites.

Is there a way of disabling the Searching for Sattelite feature?

The DSR6000 is running 2.5.2 Xtreme.
