Channels missing

I am running two Sony T60's each with a subscribed P4. On one of the units I am getting my locals and nothing more. Every other channel has the call extention 721 message. One thought that I had was to call Dave and simply make a slight change to my programming? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

If you tell them the box was unplugged for a while, they can just resend your current subscription info. It should fix the problem.

This is a new thing DTV is doing and it really pisses me off, actually! If your unit does not call in, they cut all of your programming off! Nevermind the fact that they still do an automatic deduction from your checking account! Apparently, they don't mind collecting money from you and not providing you service if your unit does not call in.

The fix is as easy as calling in like fixn278 said but I still personally do not agree with the policy. Cut off PPV and force me to call to order them? Sure! I have no problem with that. Cut me off just because my box doesn't dial in and you continue to collect almost $80 from me automatically? That's just WRONG.
