Ok, I'm about to hack my EEPROM.
Is it worth it?
What are the bennys?
Does this allow the Kernel to be upgraded automatically (from TiVo) and the hacks continue to work?
Does it allow all the hacks to work with out any other 'hacking' ? ie: monte? (editing the rc.sysinit file a given exception)
Any downside of putting a '37 back in? (I would think that if the '39s can be flashed, then TiVo can flash them too)
Any hack NOT work with a new ROM?
What is/are the hot setup/hacks with the new ROM?
