The pc I use to backup my TiVo drives won't boot from the CD. The CD works fine in Windows, just won't boot from CD.
I used mfstools floppy for backing up & expanding to a new 120GB drive (works great!), but I need to add Turbonet drivers, telnet, ftp for the Turbonet card I just installed. Is there a floppy I can boot from that has these utilities instead of the nic_cd?
This is for a DTiVo Series 1

Thanks,
Mike

You can probably boot from Dylan's Boot disk and then simply mount the CD-ROM drive and run the software from the CD. The usual sources to download Dylan's boot disk have dried up but I seem to remember seeing a recent post with a valid link for downloading it. Run a search and you should be able to find it.

I just found the post I was referring to. Here's the link to download Dylan's boot disk. Instructions for making the disk are included in the zip file.
