I just had a Hughes HDVR2 deck installed. When it attempts to call the 800 number to locate the list of local numbers I continually get one of the following messages - "Unit Does not connect" or "phone is busy". I (& tech support) have gone through all the suggested fixes but no go. Now they're sending me a replacement deck. Has anyone else run into this problem? What's up? Thanx.
